OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (IAM) to lead and coordinate a high-impact Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative within a large financial services organisation. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, from initiation through post-implementation review. You’ll act on behalf of the Sponsorship Committee to ensure quality, timely, and budget-conscious delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & LeadershipManage the IAM epic from definition to closure, ensuring successful delivery across all phasesDirect and challenge cross-functional project teams, including external partners and stakeholdersMonitor progress, internal/external dependencies, and milestones, and resolve blockers proactivelyPerform risk and issue management, including escalation where necessaryControl scope changes, with formal approval and documentation for any deviationsGovernance & QualityProduce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to define governance, quality controls, and accountabilityEnsure all deliverables meet required quality levels in line with organisational methodologyPlanning & CoordinationCreate and gain alignment on project plans and success criteria with stakeholdersInitiate internal demand processes (e.g., QBR & QP) where neededOversee project planning from inception to closure, including handover and ope-rationalisationOpe-rationalisation & TransitionCoordinate with ERO (Business Analyst) to embed all necessary operational and support aspectsPrepare a comprehensive Post-Implementation Report with Lessons LearnedSoft Skills RequiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCritical thinker with a detail-oriented mindsetConfident decision-maker with high adaptability and work ethicAutonomous yet collaborative, with a natural leadership presenceYour Profile10+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in financial servicesStrong expertise in projects involving business processes, controls, KPIs, and governanceExperience managing multiple large-scale projects (300–3,000 man-days) end-to-endSkilled in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, PMI, Prince2) methodologiesDemonstrated success in managing outsourced vendor/partner projectsStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influence skillsFluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsTechnically minded with experience in Information Security, particularly IAMFamiliar with data management topics, and ideally with SailPoint and CyberArkChange management affinity is a plusNice to HavePrevious experience in data centre, infrastructure, or cyber-security environmentsFamiliarity with public sector or regulated environments
