Main Responsibilities
1.Operational & Crisis Support
* Manage capacity planning for seasonal routes.
* Support Air Traffic Flow Management during disruptions (e.g., weather events, national strikes).
* Coordinate with ACCs to resolve disputes and ensure agreement on managing bottlenecks.
* Participate in daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc crisis briefings, providing updates and reports.
2.Stakeholder Coordination
* Maintain close relationships with ACCs, airlines, and aviation authorities.
* Gather and process feedback on capacity and delays.
* Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and follow-up.
3.Data & Analysis
* Perform data analysis and statistics using SQL, Python, and Power BI.
* Monitor capacity performance and operational efficiency.
* Draft technical and operational documents (reports, post-event analysis, recommendations).
Requirements
Education:
* Degree in aviation, engineering, data science, or related field (to ensure both technical and operational understanding).
Experience:
* 10+ years in aviation operations (ATM, airline ops, or as an Air Traffic Controller trainee/ATCO).
* 5+ years working with aviation data using SQL, Python, and Power BI.
* Proven skills in data science, statistics, and visualization applied to aviation.
Skills:
* Strong documentation and communication skills (reports, minutes, briefings).
* Good planning, organization, and quality assurance mindset.
* Excellent English (C1 level).
* Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
