We are seeking an experienced Medical Education Consultant to support Medical Affairs initiatives at a partnering company. This exciting opportunity is based in Belgium and involves designing and executing high-quality medical education strategies. The role will focus on key therapeutic areas, including Immunology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology, and will involve creating impactful educational content for healthcare professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute global medical education strategies that support broader Medical Affairs objectives and align with therapeutic area goals (Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology).
* Create scientifically accurate educational content (e.g., presentations, workshops, digital materials) that addresses educational needs in key therapeutic areas.
* Lead and manage medical education projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess educational gaps and develop targeted solutions.
* Ensure all educational materials and programs comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines while meeting stakeholder needs.
* Continuously evaluate and improve medical education programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
* 3-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on medical education in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
* Experience working within the therapeutic areas of Immunology, Rheumatology, preferred and Gastroenterology is required
* Proven experience developing and managing medical education programs, including content creation, project management, and global coordination.
* Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of global medical education trends, methodologies, and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a freelance environment.
* Excellent communication skills to present complex scientific data in an engaging and clear manner for diverse audiences.
