This is a hands-on, technically focused role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and working with innovative technology.
What Youll Do:
* Participate in structured training to become proficient in products
* Act as a technical resource for internal teams, answering questions and creating clear, concise documentation
* Collaborate with Sales and Level 2 Support on customer-facing technical topics
* Support hardware, firmware, and platform testing and validation activities
* Perform diagnostics, fault analysis, and troubleshooting using provided tools
* Maintain accurate technical records and contribute to updating the knowledge base
What You Need to Succeed:
* Good technical experience, ideally in electromechanical systems, hardware environments, or similar fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
* A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to new technologies
