Sales Position Overview
This position plays a critical role in driving sales of production management solutions to new clients and providing exceptional support to existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales expertise, business acumen, and international contract management knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Provide exceptional support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to increase adoption of standardized solutions within the customer base, driving continuous growth in license and maintenance services.
Requirements:
* A university degree in a relevant field, such as technical studies, economics, metallurgy, or process engineering.
* Proven sales expertise with a flexible approach and strong business acumen, with a track record of successfully closing contracts.
* Knowledge of international contract management and contract law, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Business fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required due to the international scope of the role, with proficiency in German considered an advantage.
