DESCRIPTION
This role will be responsible to ensure organizational outcomes are defined and met regarding implementation of IT Configuration Management process and Configuration Management Database in SNCB ServiceNow environment.
This involves identifying stakeholders and capturing their expectations concerning Configuration process and data. This role is thereafter responsible to – together with the already available team of functional & technical experts – prepare a plan for delivery upon these outcomes and manage its execution throughout the full lifecycle. It is important that the Project Manager identifies target outcomes for the organization, translate this into to the required outputs of projects (for example integrations of automated datasources and discovery) and data maintenance activities (Configuration items & services) and delivers upon them.
The project is not only about application delivery but also about identifying and delivering required expectations regarding Services & configuration data for SNCB IT organisation.
CONFORMITY CRITERIA
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in IT Software or SaaS implementation projects
• Proven experience in IT Configuration Management and/or CMDB implementation
• You communicate fluently in English and one of: Dutch – French. (spoken and written). Dutch or French as a mother tongue or at least C level. For English at least level C1.
• Must have legal authorisation to work in Belgium • You can come to the office on Wednesday and Thursday
EVALUATION CRITERIA
• Project Management capabilities: (project planning, budget management, resource planning, scope & risk management) • Experience with ITIL processes implementation
• Experience in ServiceNow and CMDB implementation: including CMDB, Discovery, integrations, automated data sources, CSDM is a plus)
• Communication and stakeholder management skills (ability to communicate, present, facilitate meetings, steerco, reporting)
• Experience in complex environments (large-scale projects, multiple stakeholders, ambiguity management) • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PM2, PMBOK or Prince2)
• Experience within Public Sector (asset)
