At Q8Oils, you take the lead in shaping pricing strategies that boost profitability and sharpen our market position. As Pricing Manager, you turn insights into action, align teams, and help us stay commercially ahead.You analyse, influence and optimise. From pricing strategy to stakeholder engagement—you bring clarity, direction and results.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement pricing strategiesYou evaluate existing pricing models and define strategic approaches for direct and indirect sales. You focus on growth-driven pricing, including value based, competitor-based and cost-plus models, to strengthen our market position and profitability.Monitor and optimise pricing performanceYou ensure accurate pricing data, track key metrics and assess the effectiveness of our pricing strategies. You identify improvement areas and work closely with Sales Management to enhance responsiveness and results.Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarkingYou analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor pricing. Based on these insights, you identify opportunities and translate them into actionable pricing recommendations.Manage internal stakeholders and alignmentYou collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and IT to ensure pricing strategy is aligned and supported across teams. You lead discussions, build consensus and ensure pricing supports our wider business goals.Drive training and knowledge sharingYou develop and deliver training for sales teams, support onboarding, and promote a clear understanding of pricing models and strategy throughout the organisation.What you bringA Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in pricing or analytics, preferably in an industrial or technical environmentProven experience with a range of pricing strategies—including value based, competitor-based and cost-plus pricing modelsThe ability to translate customer value into smart pricing decisions that drive growth and profitGood Excel skills; experience with pricingtools, SAP or BI is a plusStrategic mindset, attention to detail and a focus on impactStrong communicator who builds trust and aligns stakeholders in changeFluent in English; any additional languageis a plusComfortable working independently and in a collaborative, international teamWhat we offerA competitive salary package including a company car, eco vouchers, meal vouchers, bike leasing, health insurance, pension plan, bonus and holiday pay.At least 46 vacation days to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.Hybrid working: from home or at our Antwerp office (Kiel site).Coaching, training and project opportunities that help you grow and take the lead.A vibrant workplace culture with energy: sports, clubs, team events and the BeWell program.A company in full transformation, where your initiative makes the difference.Ready for a role with drive?Click ‘Apply’ and send us your CV.
