We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing outstanding payroll processing for our organisation.

About the Role:

* Process accurate and timely payrolls for approximately 500 employees in Belgium, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations.

* Reconcile payroll data and review provider output to ensure correct processing of starters, leavers, absences, and variable inputs.

* Manage payroll-related queries through our People Portal, ensuring timely and value-aligned responses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process payrolls accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

2. Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to provide accurate payroll reports and general ledger outputs.

3. Assist with benefits administration, provider communications, and maintaining internal payroll and benefits documentation.

4. Stay up-to-date with Belgian payroll legislation and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
