Revive is a fast-growing powerbank rental network, originally founded in the Netherlands and successfully operating since April at the Costa del Sol. We already cooperate with internationally renowned beach clubs, nightlife hotspots and high-footfall hospitality venues in Marbella and Puerto Banús — and now we are expanding into Balearic Islands.
We are looking for a:
🔹 Performance-based Commercial Agent (placement fee per selected venue + ongoing revenue share until the end of cooperation).
Depending on how cooperation develops, this role can later evolve into an exclusive sub-distributor model with larger scope and responsibilities.
⚠️ Important: this is not an employment position. We are looking for a professional partner, not staff. You work hard, you can earn very good money in a short period of time. But the business is highly seasonal — which is why we prefer independent collaborators who also build their own year-round activities, instead of someone expecting a fixed salary when there is no business.
And be aware: you don’t go on vacation while it is high season — availability and proactivity in peak months is absolutely critical. We don’t mind if this role is part-time or even shared between two partners (max.) in the market, as long as there is continuous effort to grow the network and operational issues at venues are handled the same day, not tomorrow or later.
Base period & expectations
· Cooperation starts with a trial base of max. 3 months.
· Depending on your experience level and existing network a fixed base acquisition fee per month can be considered. However, in such case the expectation is placement of 30 machines per month within that period — not just anywhere, but in the right high-footfall venues where ROI is realistic. Our machines are costly, and both you and Revive must earn money — quality placements are more important than quantity.
· Onboarding: a 3–4 day training on the job in Marbella (unpaid, but travel costs covered). You believe and invest in us, we in you.
What we expect from you
* Strong hospitality network in Ibiza; able to open doors at tourist oriented beach clubs, bars, clubs, event venues, all-day restaurants, sports bars, etc..
* Technical affinity or strong ability to learn quickly: intrinsic motivation to pick up new skills fast. We value a MacGyver mindset: don’t say “I can’t do that,” find the solution. Don’t know the difference between Volt and Watt, or between Android and Windows? Fine — then learn it, fast.
* Highly structured and organized: you don’t mind working with our CRM and approved materials, and you – by nature or learned experience – prefer structure over chaotic sales hunting.
* Pragmatic, creative, commercial, hands-on: as a young and dynamic company we listen and implement creative ideas that add value or differentiate us from competition. For example, when a venue justifies it, we are open to customizing screen designs and even adapting the look & feel of machines to match the venue. In such cases, you help us find a reliable local company to execute custom wrappings — we do it together, as partners.
* Professional communication skills across all levels: from encargado to manager to CEO.
* Languages: native-level Spanish (spoken/written) + fluent English and/or German and/or Dutch.
* Proactive mindset: we value immediate action — don’t wait for venues to call, anticipate problems and solve them.
* Commercial discipline: only offer Revive products in venues you newly acquired for us and that we financed. Cross-selling of unrelated products is only permitted if explicitly agreed. Collaboration with other powerbank rental services is strictly excluded — Revive partnerships are exclusive, and this exclusivity continues for six months after any possible end of collaboration.
* Responsiveness: operational issues (hardware, software, urgent customer service matters) must be addressed on-site within an acceptable timeframe the same day.
* Own transport & logistics: you must have your own car, ideally SUV-size, to transport medium-sized machines without arranging external transport. For larger machines, external logistics may be needed. Ideally, you also have your own warehouse space or reliable local partners available.
