Description
In this challenging position of Account Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities are:
1. Maintain and develop customers in the segments: Foodservice, bakery
2. Perform sales activities for the achievement of the sales budget and targets within sales territory in order to meet commercial objectives
3. Proactively develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships and ensure professional customer relationship management (CRM)
4. Developing (together with the other team members) the focus channels defined by management + achieving the specific objectives
5. Promoting the company's image through excellent product knowledge
6. Close collaboration with other members of the sales teams and internal services
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
8. Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to the management
9. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPI's while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged
10. You report directly to the Sales Manager
Formation / Compétences :
Profile
11. Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent through experience
12. Hands-on commercial talent with a passion for food (experience in Foodservice – Bakery is a Plus)
13. Excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion and presentation abilities
14. Being results oriented with a critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills
15. You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English
16. Team player
17. Familiar with CRM systems
