Job Description

:

Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.

Job Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within defined timelines.
2. Promote and (up)sell DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to existing and potential customers.
3. Ensure timely subscription/offering renewals and customer retention.
4. Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions.
5. Manage cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
6. Convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) into Opportunities in close collaboration with commercial team.
7. Identify upsell opportunities within the existing software install base, including SLAs.
8. Schedule and conduct remote demonstrations of DTX solutions.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM (Salesforce).
10. Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional business potential.
11. Respond to product-related inquiries and connect customers with product experts when needed.
12. Provide official training materials, brochures, and product documentation.
13. Work with cross functional departments, such as Marketing and Sales Ops, to develop target lists, scripts, and standard work to drive success.

Critical Experience

14. 3+ years of experience in phone-based sales (Inside Sales) or working closely with dentists as a dental assistant or in a similar role.
15. 3 + years’ experience of self-generating leads (preferable).
16. Clinical experience from Dental Industry (preferable).
17. Proven track record of meeting assigned goals/ sales targets.
18. Experience in managing leads, conducting cold calls, and driving campaigns(preferable).
19. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product)
20. Experience in collaboration with Dentists

Critical Skills / Technical Know-How

21. Excellent German & Fluent in English
22. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms is plus
23. Excellent oral and written communication in required languages, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
24. Skilled in consultative selling and product demonstrations
25. Competitive, goal-driven, and consistently top-ranked in sales roles
26. Comfortable in scripted, quota-driven environments; adapts scripts with personal flair
27. Energetic, polished, and proactive in business development
28. Excels at multitasking across multiple screens and tabs
29. Analytical mindset with ability to identify upselling opportunities
30. Highly organized with strong time management

Knowledge and Qualifications

31. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
32. Strong understanding of sales processes
33. Familiarity with Capital Business products in Dental Industry inside sales is a plus.
34. Experience with DEXIS software is plus.
35. CRM systems knowledge is plus
