As Finance Manager, you will support the financial steering of the Belgian and Dutch entities and act as the operational right hand of the CFO. Overseeing daily financial operations: billing, collections, supplier payments, administrative follow-up
* Ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with deadlines and coordination with the Shared Service Center abroad
* Developing financial analyses to support operational decision-making
* Standardizing and improving financial processes: invoicing, monthly closing, expense validation, cash‐flow monitoring
* Strengthening reporting quality and internal controls
* Preparing financial data used for boards and external stakeholders
* Collaborating closely with Sales and operational teams
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance, combining accounting foundations with controlling or finance management
* Experience in an international SME environment or a group reporting context
* Strong accounting and fiscal knowledge
* Fluency in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
