A JOB OPPORTUNITY AT

As a Project Assistant within the Peace & Security Department at GOPA PACE, you will play a vital role in supporting the project management team in various administrative and coordination tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience and develop foundational skills in project management within international cooperation and development.


A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Administrative support

* Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Support in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
* Aid in maintaining project databases, records, and files, ensuring they are up-to-date.
Coordination and communication
* Assist in coordinating logistics for project-related events, workshops, or missions.
* Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders by relaying information as directed.
* Support in drafting correspondences, reports, and presentations under the guidance of the Project Manager or Project Team.
Project support
* Assist the Project Manager (PM) or Junior Project Manager (JPM) in various tasks related to project monitoring and implementation.
* Support the Project Manager (PM) for technical offers: experts identification and technical and administrative aspects
* Aid in monitoring project timelines, highlighting any deviations or issues to the Project Manager (PM).
