You will be part of a founding team and partners with strong international experience who are teaming up to build further on the set foundation and to a direct impact on the growth of our team and our clients.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Treasury Consultant with a combination of treasury operations expertise, treasury technology implementation experience, and consulting/project delivery skills who wants to lead complex treasury transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury AdvisoryAssess and redesign treasury operating models, processes, and controls.Conduct treasury diagnostics assessments and benchmark analysesAdvise clients on cash, working capital management, financial risk, treasury policies and digitalization initiativesTreasury Management System (TMS) ImplementationLead or support end-to-end TMS implementation projects.Gather and document business and functional requirements.Design future-state treasury processes and system architecture.Configure and test TMS solutions.Manage integrations with: ERP systems, Banking platforms, Payment hubs etcCoordinate data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Deliver user training and post-go-live support.Treasury OperationsOptimise cash management structures, payment processes and working capital management.Support cash & liquidity management: cash forecasting, cashpooling and liquidity positionsManage financial risks: Assist in identifying and mitigating FX, interest rate, counterparty risks and other financial risks through appropriate hedging strategies.Advise on funding strategies & banks relationshipsYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.3–5 years of experience in: Treasury consulting, Corporate treasury, TMS implementation, and Financial transformation programsStrong understanding of treasury operations and best practices.Experience with treasury process design and optimization.Proven experience delivering TMS implementation projects.Experience in treasury systems (Kyriba, Diapason, TIS,...), Excel modeling and digital tools.Excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English, (Dutch is a strong plus)Ability to build relationships and deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.Autonomy & teamwork: You take ownership and work efficiently with othersWhat We OfferContribute to meaningful client projects with real responsibilityGain exposure to diverse treasury topics, industries and challenges.A unique blend of Big 4 excellence + startup agilityFast career progression and visible impact on firm growthA culture that values autonomy, innovation, and entrepreneurshipAttractive salary package in line with your experienceThis position is open for our offices in Brussels & LilleWhy VS Consulting Group?At VS Consulting Group, you won’t just deliver projects — you will build capabilities, shape market offerings, and influence how Finance functions evolve in the age of AI and digital transformation.If you're looking for a role where strategy meets execution, and consulting meets entrepreneurship, this is it.
