Are you a visionary leader with a passion for data-driven strategy and commercial innovation? Coloplast BeNeLux is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial Excellence to lead our Commercial Excellence team and drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.
About the Role
As a key member of the BeNeLux Management Team, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making. You’ll lead a team of specialists, deliver high-impact analyses, and manage global strategic projects that enhance our commercial performance. Your insights will directly influence leadership decisions and contribute to long-term business success.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the BeNeLux Management Team through data-driven reports, presentations, and recommendations.
* Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Drive the evolution of sales reporting, customer planning, activity controlling, and bonus systems.
* Conduct and enhance market and competitor analyses.
* Lead and participate in global strategic initiatives such as pricing, segmentation, and business case development.
* Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on and consultant mindset.
* Strong communicator and presenter.
* Results-oriented with a high level of independence and self-motivation.
* Digitally savvy and innovative, with a coaching mentality.
What You Bring
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in business controlling, internal consulting, or management consultancy.
* Proven success in working closely with senior leadership and sales management.
* Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
* Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce and Power BI
