To support our further growth, TVH is implementing scalable processes enabled by future-proof technology. The department Data Management aims to redesign and shape our Equipment Data Foundations covering all equipment data processes across TVH departments. These foundations will drive the end-to-end process from raw data onboarding to data consumption by customer-facing services.
To strengthen the Equipment Data Foundations team, we are seeking an Equipment Business Process Owner who will cover:
1. Equipment data onboarding: designing and rolling out efficient data onboarding processes that embed the newest technologies.
2. Equipment data management: architecting and deploying our master data management system and related business and data processes.
3. Equipment data consumption: designing the end-to-end service strategy in collaboration with other programs to optimize services for TVH customers.
If you have in-depth knowledge of data management and business process design, the role of Business Process Owner could be your next challenge.
Your main responsibilities will be:
4. You will support the design of the future end-to-end process template.
5. You are co-responsible for the TO-BE process design and drive the process documentation for the processes within your area of expertise.
6. You serve as primary liaison to the TVH business stakeholders to solicit input and confirm whether the design satisfies the requirements and is fit-for-purpose.
7. You co-facilitate the TO-BE process and organization design workshops and report to the Global Process Owner on status and progress.
8. You participate in cross functional design meetings and synchronize plans with other interfacing processes.
9. You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level.
10. You guide the development and configuration of the new data product and related process implementation
Your profile:
11. You have obtained a master’s degree or academic/professional bachelor in economics, engineering, data analytics or in another relevant field.
12. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a project manager and/or in leading & steering meetings and/or you are familiar with data management and business process management, preferably in a technical context.
13. Given the global scope of the position, your English is excellent.
14. You are able to easily switch between conceptual thinking and task-based execution
15. You are decisive, able and willing to lead a meeting, analytical, result-oriented and driven to get things done.
16. You are able to handle resistance in a calm, measured way and are willing to recalibrate the plan if necessary.
17. You are able to multitask and are a creative problem-solver.
18. You have strong organizational skills, are able to meet deadlines, and have excellent communication skills.
19. You are a team player and are strong in building and maintaining relationships.
20. You are willing to travel from time to time.
