Job description

Do you enjoy thinking out-of-the-box and using your marketing expertise and strong visual sense to support an entire organization? Then you might be the perfect addition to our dynamic and motivated team.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you are the driving force behind J-Tec’s marketing and communication initiatives — both internally and externally. You also support our sales department by developing the right tools to represent J-Tec worldwide and ensure that our marketing aligns with the Katoen Natie brand.

Tasks:

1. You develop and maintain compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, reference lists, white papers and presentation decks that bring our brand to life.
2. You take the lead in organizing and coordinating international and local fairs, from concept and planning to logistics and stand design — ensuring a professional and eye-catching presence.
3. You create and distribute a quarterly internal newsletter that keeps our colleagues informed, connected and engaged.
4. You manage our digital presence, keeping the website and LinkedIn page fresh and up to date. Together with internal stakeholders, you define the requirements for a future-proof website.
5. You organize and support client events and professional seminars — both locally and internationally.
6. You maintain and organize a library of audiovisual materials, making sure high-quality photos, videos and renders are always available for marketing use.
7. You strengthen our employer brand and ensure it reflects our culture and values.
8. You monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, manage online mailings and translate insights into action.
9. You ensure a consistent and professional look & feel across all platforms and communication tools.
Your profile
10. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communication or a related field.
11. You’re a true all-round marketer — confident in both strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
12. You work independently and take ownership, while easily managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
13. You bring energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to the company. You communicate clearly and effectively.
14. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English) and know how to translate technical input into attractive content.
15. You’re proficient in MS Office — especially PowerPoint. You have in depth knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to create strong, on-brand visuals.
16. You are aware of the latest B2B marketing trends, and you know how to work with social media, SEO/SEA, WordPress and Google Analytics.
