An international company active in the pharmaceutical industry and based in Diegem is looking for a Supply Chain & Trade Relations Coordinator to join their team.
In this role as Supply Chain & Trade Relations Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Managing wholesalers relations and making sure that the supply of the products run smoothly,
* Ensuring the demand planning is running in line with the objectives,
* Getting in touch with the sales forecasting providers and the internal stakeholders in order to optimize the S&OP process
* Following up on invoice payments to ensure arrears are addressed promptly and complaints are properly processed
* Optimising internal processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work execution
About you:
* You hold a Master or bachelor degree, in supply chain or business engineering
* you have excellent oral and written communicative skills in Dutch, French and English
* You use reporting tools and have an affinity with systems/data ;
* You have a Solid Supply Chain & Customer Service knowledge
* You have an excellent knowledge of GDP
* You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position
* You have experience with Power BI, SAP, especially SD, the MM module and SAP/IBP
