Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Hong Kong SAR, focusing on Construction Digitalisation. The Sales Manager will lead the promotion and adoption of BIM solutions and digital transformation services for the AEC industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. The candidate will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain a strong CRM pipeline, and represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the AEC or technology sectors
Knowledge of BIM software, geo-spatial solutions, and digital transformation tools for the construction industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop customized solutions based on client needs
Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the Hong Kong AEC market and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) are beneficial
