Your journey with us As a Management Assistant you will play a key role in providing daily support to our client facing staff, focusing on both business development support activities and general administrative tasks. You will be part of the Business Development Support team, a dynamic and creative team operating across Deloitte's 10 regional offices. You will be working from one of our offices in the region Center-South (Charleroi, Watermael-Boitsfort, Liège) and you are flexible in terms of location. It is key that you like to communicate in different languages in an efficient and respectful manner. You will become an expert on our CRM tool, where we centralize our knowledge, relationships, and interactions with our clients on one platform (Salesforce). Your responsibilities
1. Preparing proposals, contracts and quotations for new clients: layout and quality checks, preparing the admin part and making sure the documents are delivered in time.
2. Managing accounts and contacts in our CRM tool.
3. Analysing opportunities and quick wins.
4. Organising client events (e.g. seminars) for the Center-South offices: all practical arrangements such as meeting location/rooms, catering, welcoming the participants, etc.
5. Reviewing, modifying and lay-outing of PowerPoint presentations or other MS Office Documents cfr. Deloitte branding.
6. Translation of emails /documents.
7. Calendar/Agenda management: scheduling calls and meetings, booking meeting rooms and restaurants, solving agenda conflicts.
8. Handling incoming and outgoing e-mails and correspondence, filing/archiving of documents.

9. You are an active, positive and eager to learn person.
10. MS Office has no secrets for you (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, …).
11. Can do attitude is a must, you enjoy looking for opportunities proactively.
12. Fluent language skills, both written and spoken in French and English are a necessity, Dutch is a plus.
13. You are stress-resistant and flexible in changing circumstances.
14. Being a real multitasker, you are always ready to accept a challenge.
15. You are accurate, customer-oriented and known as a clear communicator.
16. Discretion is your middle name as you will be involved in confidential matters.
17. Being diplomatic and polite is a natural talent of yours.
18. You are service-minded and able to work independently.
19. You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Office/Marketing/Communication/SME Management or a similar discipline.
20. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable function.
