For Puratos Headquarters, in Groot-Bijgaarden – Belgium, we are looking for a Global Product Manager Cream fillings in order to achieve the ambitious business targets. The Product manager is responsible
1. to support the product related business development in different countries/regions
2. to follow up the sales performance in different countries/regions
3. to share and implement the product strategy per country/region
You drive and achieve business results (growth and profitability) to reach the yearly budget and long range plan.
Key Accountabilities:
4. Active participation to the implementation of the Cream filling strategy within the defined regions/countries in order to drive the sales of the category
5. You do Joint market/customer visits with local sales teams to identify new business and innovation opportunities
6. You monitor the sales performance of the category in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetration, … You propose, agree and roll-out corrective actions or acceleration plans with local organizations and regional direction.
7. You actively drive business development (markets, channels, customers) by customers visits, customer presentations, training, exchange of best practices.
8. You actively inspire and support the local teams through sharing best practices and trainings.
9. You develop sales and product communication support tools in line with the Group communication strategy.
10. You manage relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to share the product vision, create involvement at different organizational levels

Who are we looking for?
11. You have a Business or Technical master degree (food-sciences, bio-sciences, bio-engineer, bio-technology,…) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business development or sales. Experience in an international food environment is a plus.
12. You have strong communicative skills and a natural influencer and can create a connection with both internal and external stakeholders.
13. You have a passion for food and you aim to understand the technical issues of their creation. Therefore ready to have a common language with R&D, technical advisors and Operations.
14. You show strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
15. You are data driven, curious, digital savvy and inspired by the understanding of local consumer culture’s diversity in food.
16. You are a dynamic, proactive and creative team player.
17. You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
18. You are willing to travel 30% of your time .
