 
        
        As Demo Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and coordinating all demo materials. You ensure that our demo equipment is always available on time for customers and internal teams, and you closely follow up everything from request to return.
Your responsibilities include:
Demo Stock Management
You are the main point of contact for everything related to demo equipment.
You keep the demo inventory up to date and organize the internal lending process.
Shipping & Logistics
You coordinate all demo shipments, including international deliveries.
You ensure inspections, calibrations, and correct documentation are handled properly.
Customer Interaction & Order Processing
You manage the entire process: from demo request to return.
You collaborate with engineering, production, and customer support to prepare demo kits.
Process Optimization
You actively contribute to improvements in the demo and logistics process.
You communicate smoothly with internal departments to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Wat vragen wij van je: You have experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management (ideally in a technical or production environment).
You possess strong coordination and communication skills.
You have a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a structured way.
You have a basic technical understanding and are open to learning more in this area.
You are familiar with international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
Experience with ERP systems and RMA processes is a plus!
Fluency in English is a must; Dutch is a plus.
