We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Safety Advisor Level 2 (CP2) professional to support a major construction project linked to the development of data center. The role involves working across multiple sites (Mons/Charleroi) within a dynamic industrial electrical environment. You will collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors on a large-scale construction site.

Responsibilities
* Support and advise project teams (site managers, project managers, subcontractors) on HSE practices and safe working methods
* Monitor daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
* Lead and deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks to on-site teams
* Identify non-compliances, propose corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
* Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation
* Participate in meetings and discussions in English with stakeholders and subcontractors
Profile
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within industrial construction projects (industrial electricity strongly preferred)
* Fluent in both English and French
* Proven experience on multi-site construction projects
* Strong knowledge of construction safety topics
* Calm, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively on active construction sites
