Your job :
- Participation to the monthly accounting of different process in SAP ;
- Closing process of hours including check of the master data’s
- Booking of costs and internal reallocations
- Proceed to needed control and corrections
- Preparation of Invoicing activities
- Related reportings
- ensure that the financial data in the management system are regularly and correctly updated
- Provide the necessary financial information to project Leaders, Managers and Project Controllers
- Support to tax Manager for the Preparation of the documentation of control and audit;
Profil- You have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy (or equivalent), with a relevant experience in this domain.
- You have a good knowledge of French or Dutch, as well as English.
- You have an excellent command of office tools (MS Office) and you are particularly familiar with tasks relating to Excel (spreadsheet preparation and management).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- You integrate easily in multidisciplinary teams, you are sociable, dynamic and prepared to take initiatives.
- You have a strong analytical mind-set, you are well organised, accurate, rigorous, stress resistant and focused on meeting the schedules.
- You are assertive and defend firmly and clearly your point of view in case of differences of opinion.
