DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
* Acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts
* Prospect and qualify leads within target companies using structured sales cadences
* Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
* Identify customer needs through effective questioning and consultative selling
* Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline
* Perform cross-selling and upselling activities, closing deals primarily by phone
* Track, manage, and report sales activities and pipeline performance
* Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
* Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities
* Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare commercial proposals ensuring technical and commercial accuracy

REQUIREMENTS
* Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills
* Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience
* Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
* Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and standard business software
* Experience working with partners or channels is a plus
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
