As Production Manager, you will strengthen and professionalise the company’s day-to-day operations.
You are a driving force on the shop floor: visible, inspiring and results-oriented.
Working closely with the Plant Manager, you contribute to the development of a high-performing, future-ready production organisation.
Your responsibilities
• You translate site objectives into clear operational priorities for the production.
• You increase production potential by analysing and systematically addressing downtime and structural bottlenecks.
• You stimulate efficiency, cost control and safety within the production environment.
• You manage the day shift team and coach shift leaders in ownership, structure and problem-solving.
• You optimise processes and collaboration between production, maintenance and quality.
• You translate KPIs and operational data into concrete, measurable improvement actions.
Your profile
• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production or industrial environment.
• You work autonomously and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• You take ownership, work in a structured way and know how to develop teams.
• You communicate fluently in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
