Account Manager
On Trade.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Business Development
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients (wholesalers, specialty retailers, on-trade/HoReCa, distributors)
* Develop sales and turnover across the spirits portfolio
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, volumes and promotional activities
2. Brand Representation
* Act as a brand ambassador for Cinoco's spirits portfolio
* Present products, brand stories and key selling points to clients
* Organise and lead tastings, product trainings and in-store activations
* Ensure optimal brand visibility at point of sale
3. Sales Performance & Reporting
* Monitor sales performance and achievement of targets
* Analyse sales data by customer, region and product
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
4. Internal & External Coordination
* Work closely with marketing, logistics and administration teams
* Support product launches and promotional campaigns
* Represent Cinoco at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events
Profile & Qualifications
Experience & Education
* Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
* Minimum
3–5 years' experience
in on-trade sales, preferably in
spirits, wines, or beverage industry
* Solid knowledge of the Belgian spirits market is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Results-driven with a proactive mindset
* High level of autonomy, organisation and time management
* Analytical skills and reporting ability
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Languages
* Fluent in Dutch
* English and French is a strong asset
Passion for Spirits
* Strong interest in premium spirits and brand storytelling
* Comfortable conducting tastings and product presentations
* Sensitivity to craftsmanship, quality and heritage brands
Working Conditions
* Field-based role with regular travel
* Valid driving licence (B)
