Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
* Analyse requirements and assess impact across processes, systems, and data flows
* Perform end-to-end impact analyses across applications and domains
* Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution directions
* Design conceptual solutions for transformation initiatives
* Contribute to roadmap development, balancing business and technical feasibility
* Support the creation of business cases and strategic decision-making
* Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and challenging assumptions
* Define acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions
* Support implementation, testing, and change management activities
* Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure high-quality documentation of requirements and solutions
* Act as a domain expert and key contact for stakeholders and vendors
* Deliver insights and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions
* Help bring structure and clarity in a still-maturing team and process landscape
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* 5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or consultancy roles
* Experience in complex environments with multiple systems and integrations
* Strong experience in process modelling, process management, and documentation

* Familiarity with agile ways of working
Must have skills:
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset
* Experience with process modeling, process management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network environments
* Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and agile ways of working
Nice to have skills:
* Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX is a plus
* Knowledge of GIS / location intelligence is an asset
* Experience in telecom and/or network environments is a plus
