We're partnering with a global leader in complex engineering and offshore/infrastructure projects to find a Category Manager to take ownership of a critical procurement category within a highly international environment.

The Role
As Senior Category Manager, you'll:
* Define and deliver category strategy to drive cost efficiency, quality, and innovation
* Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals
* Partner with senior stakeholders across global project teams
* Take ownership of high-value sourcing initiatives and framework agreements
* Drive supplier performance and build long-term strategic partnerships
* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation
* Ensure best-in-class procurement processes and contract management
What We're Looking For
* ~10+ years' experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain
* Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
* Proven track record managing high-value contracts and negotiations
* Experience in engineering, maritime, infrastructure, or industrial environments is a plus
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
* Excellent stakeholder management xqknzec skills in a global, matrix organisation
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
