You'll work cross-functionally, bringing structure and follow-through to each stage of the partner journey, so our partners are supported and set up for long-term success.(Responsibilities)Partner Relations SupportSet up and manage documentation for partner agreement renewalsFlag upcoming renewals to the Partner Relations ManagerSupport the Partner Relations Manager with contracting and renewals (as back-up)Respond to partner inquiries related to eventsFollow up on open invoicesOrganize pre-event dinnersPartner OnboardingManage the end-to-end partner onboarding processMaintain the agreement tracker with partnership type, agreement details, and key contacts (marketing, training, decision-making)Partner ActivationDevelop and manage activation plans with Partner Relations Manager for all partnersCoordinate internal team members involved in activation effortsEnsure delivery of agreed activities (e.g. webinars, trainings, content, surveys)Partner Webinars & CampaignsPlan and run partner webinarsCoordinate marketing campaigns to promote webinarsMaintain the partner portal and upload webinar recordings to EPP PrimeYou will work closely with and provide direct support to the Partner Relations Director across these responsibilities.(Requirements)Strong planning skills; able to translate partnership goals into actionable plans and timelinesExcellent communication and coordination skillsProactive and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing tasks and stakeholdersExperience supporting external partnerships, program delivery, or partner enablementComfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple prioritiesAbility to work 9:00 – 17:00 CET hoursWillingness and ability to travel to Europe for eventsAbout our cultureTo achieve our mission we believe that innovation, creativity, agility – together with a 'high density of talent' are important enablers.
