The Hotel Director will have the following responsibilities :
* Lead recruitment efforts and foster the training, development, and motivation of the team
* Manage and supervise the organization of personnel, ensuring efficient operation
* Exhibit participatory leadership to maintain a positive work environment and set a good example
* Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, managing complaints effectively when necessary
* Expand the customer base and explore new commercial development channels while managing online reputation and feedback
* Oversee budget preparation, credit management, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and a positive work environment
* 5 years of experience in Hotel Management
* Academic background: Diploma/Degree in Tourism
* Highly valued qualifications: Master's in Hospitality Management or MBA
* Language proficiency: Fluency French, English. Dutch is a plus.
