Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with a strong focus on administrative tasks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by handling documentation, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Your responsibilities :

You will support the HR team with the day-to-day administration that keeps our people operations strong and reliable such as :

1. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
2. Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation
3. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes so new colleagues feel welcome and departures are handled correctly
4. Managing leave requests, sickness records, and time registrations
5. Assisting with payroll administration by providing accurate data and documentation
6. Keeping track of training records
7. Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
8. Ensuring all HR processes comply with legal and internal guidelines
9. Working closely with HR colleagues, payroll partners, and managers

Qualifications

Your profile:

10. You are fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus
11. You have experience with Protime and eBlox is a plus.
12. You have strong organizational and administrative skills
13. You are punctual and communicative.
14. You are accurate, organised, and discreet
15. You enjoy working with details but never forget theres a person behind every file
16. You communicate clearly and kindly, both written and spoken
17. You can manage multiple tasks without losing focus
18. You are comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
