For our Brussels office, we are currently looking for a Medior–Senior / Senior Scrum Master to join one of our trusted clients in the banking sector.
About the Role:
Within a structured Agile organization (Tribes & Squads model), you will join a data-driven squad and operate under the supervision of the Chapter Lead Scrum Master.
This role is delivery-oriented and goes beyond pure Agile coaching. The Scrum Master is expected to take ownership of squad delivery and actively contribute to structuring execution.
Your Mission:
You will support one dedicated data squad, ensuring structured and predictable delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
* Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Daily, etc.)
* Structuring and following up on feature delivery
* Ensuring transparency on scope, risks, and impediments
* Supporting prioritization and execution within the squad
* Acting as a key interface between squad and stakeholders
* Maintaining delivery oversight at squad level
* Bringing maturity and structure when needed
This role requires someone comfortable being deeply involved with the team while maintaining a broader delivery perspective.
Required Profile:
We are looking for:
* Medior–Senior or Senior Scrum Master
* Strong experience in data environments (preferred over pure banking experience)
* Proven experience managing delivery within a single squad
* Hands-on and pragmatic mindset
* Strong ownership and accountability
* Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders

* French and/or Dutch: Nice to have
