Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 bStrategic Leadership Direction /b ul liPartner with the CFO, CEO and Board to shape Swift’s financial strategy and long‑term vision /li liTranslate the company strategy and Operating Plan into mid‑ and long‑term financial objectives, ensuring the FPA organisation drives clarity, alignment, and measurable impact /li liServe as a key advisor on growth, investment prioritisation and financial sustainability /li /ul bTransformation Major Initiatives /b ul liLead major cross‑functional financial initiatives, including transformation programmes, performance‑management improvements and optimisation of forecasting/budgeting processes /li liOversee implementation, monitor progress and ensure delivery of high‑quality outcomes /li /ul bExecutive Reporting Insights /b ul liPrepare and deliver executive‑level financial presentations and reporting for the CEO, Executive Committee and Board of Directors /li liEnsure timely, accurate and insightful financial information that supports strategic and operational decision‑making /li /ul bProcess Excellence Governance /b ul liOversee FPA processes to ensure robust financial governance, operational excellence and ESG‑aligned reporting /li liContinuously refine methodologies to streamline operations, enhance transparency and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across Swift /li /ul bBudgeting, Forecasting, Pricing Performance Management /b ul liDefine divisional budget guidelines, review business cases and challenge assumptions to ensure alignment with company priorities /li liLead the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecast process, ensuring high‑quality financial insight and recommending reallocation of resources where needed /li liDefine prices for new offerings and review prices for the existing product portfolio in alignment with the company business strategy /li liDrive KPI definition, tracking and evolution to support executive visibility and strategic focus /li /ul bLeadership People Development /b ul liBuild and develop a high‑performing FPA team with strong analytical capability and business‑partnering mentality /li liFoster a culture of clarity, collaboration, continuous learning and accountability /li liAct as a leadership role model, contributing to talent development across finance and beyond /li /ul bExternal Representation /b ul liRepresent Swift externally when required, maintaining strong professional credibility and building relevant relationships with partners, auditors, industry bodies and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field /li liAdvanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is an asset /li liAt least 15 years of experience in Finance within a complex international environment /li liMinimum 8 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within technology, payments, or financial services /li liProven experience leading FPA functions, driving strategic planning cycles, managing large budgets and influencing executive decision‑making /li /ul h3Domains /h3 ul liFinancial Planning Analysis /li liCorporate Strategy Business Partnering /li liBudgeting, Forecasting Performance Management /li liPricing /li liAccounting, Treasury, Tax (collaborative oversight) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
