Conducting an annual business plan including LED market analysis, competition analysis, and sales & and marketing strategies and update quarterly
Directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the regional sales team accordingly.
Collecting feedback from daily filed sales activities and communicating with HQ to help improve product competition edge.
Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration background.
~5+ years in industrial product B2B, sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the LED/Pro AV industry.
