The Quotation Specialist will help prepare pricing proposals for client RFPs and support key initiatives, including rate negotiations, fee and budget development, client communication, and pricing best practices. The role can be bup to 100% remote /b, yet the candidate has to be based in either bBrussels or London /b. /pbrp- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders—including lawyers and staff—to develop responses to client raquests for pricing and informal pricing requests, such as budgets, rate proposals, and alternative fee arrangements. Provide strategic guidance and create pricing solutions that support the Firm's profitability objectives while meeting client business needs. /p p- Draft, refine, and enhance written pricing proposal content that is professional, clear, and compelling. /p p- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration with various internal teams, including Business Development, Client Agreements, Matter Maintenance, and Billing. /p p- Contribute to the Firm's strategic pricing initiatives through financial modeling and data analysis, including identifying, extracting, and summarizing information from multiple sources for diverse stakeholders.
