Sales Support Specialist
The role of the Sales Support Specialist is to analyze requests and provide a structured proposal that meets both external and internal expectations.
They develop proposals for technical requests and projects in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, achieving the best balance of scope, timing, and client needs.
During the bidding process, they coordinate input from various support departments such as engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ, finance, etc. and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
The Sales Support Specialist regularly consults with the Key Account Manager and sales support team about proposed solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
They gather cost inputs, prepare price calculations, and discuss them with the Key Account Manager and/or management.
Accurate and timely submission of proposals/tender documents is expected after internal approval, followed by follow-up with the Key Account Manager.
Internal and external questions are addressed, and adjustments made as needed.
As a proud Ambassador, they provide general sales support to the group.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (engineering, electromechanics, civil engineering) or equivalent through experience.
Interest or experience in roles such as sales support, technical commercial inside sales, tender engineer.
Knowledge of engineering, heavy lifting, and/or exceptional transport, or a strong willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proficient with computers (including MS Office).
