Job Summary:
Mondi FPF is the acknowledged European market leader in extrusion coating and extrusion laminating. The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to grow prof-itable business in Extrusion Coatings in existing and new customers in
BeNeLux and Northern France
.
Your mission:
* Full sales responsibility for Extrusion Coatings products in the region.
* Support existing and potential customers.
* Develop solutions to increase profitable sales and acquire new clients, prioritising value over volume.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity; communicate insights.
* Introduce new products to grow sales and enhance solu-tions.
* Handle claims and coordinate responses.
* Prepare, monitor, and follow up on budgets and forecasts.
* Collaborate with plant Market Support teams to optimise customer supply chains.
Your profile:
* Sales professional with proven track record, ideally in extrusion coating, technical films consumer packaging, converting, film or paper.
* Experience in developing new markets and customers.
* An autonomous, adaptable individual with the ability to work efficiently with senior management, production operatives, and customers.
* Business (and/or technical) education, at least passed with Bachelor degree level.
* Fluent in English, other languages an advantage.
* Flexibilty to travel up to 80%.
