Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

Right now, we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us develop high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how security policy, compliance, and risk management actually work inside real organizations.
Your hands-on expertise in audits, control frameworks, and risk assessment will directly shape how the next generation of AI reasons about cybersecurity and compliance — work that matters at a global scale.

What You'll Do
* Review, analyze, and evaluate security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
* Classify and assess real-world compliance scenarios against frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
* Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit documentation for quality and reasoning
* Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI systems
* Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI understand nuanced GRC concepts
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
* Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
* Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit-style documentation
* Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and communication skills
* Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
* Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM
* Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk management
