In this role, you will:
* Serve as the right hand to our R&D manager and support the technical department in various tasks
* Develop necessary installations for the current machine park (e.g., stairs, safety features, automation, etc.)
* Prepare technical specifications and documentation for the molds
* Provide support in technical drafting, including:
* Draw parts and components
* Create designs and make product or mold modifications
* Optimize technical drawings for our own infrastructure
* Prepare and organize planned repair works
* Over time, oversee general operations within the mold department
* Create and monitor work orders for the technical team
To perform this role you have:
* A technical degree (bachelor’s or master’s level)
* Experience in a similar role as a technical drafter or work preparer
* Experience with one-off or custom production work
* Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables)
* Knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks (experience with Solid Edge or Inventor is also relevant)
* Strong communication skills and you are a team player, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
