At Randstad Digital, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT) to strengthen our team in Leuven. You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top tech talent, while partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT profiles (from sourcing to offer)
* Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
* Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
* Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs
* Provide a great candidate experience throughout the process
* Stay up to date with market trends in IT recruitment
Your profile
* 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for technology xphnsxz and talent acquisition
