For a premium italian brand, we are looking for an assistant store manager.
Your responsabilities would be:
Business Developer
* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual
merchandising, display, customer service, and operational functions within the store
* Sell the collection and especially to the VIC/VIP
* Analyze the results, verifying daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments
* Ensure the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse
* Provide high quality feedbacks and requested reports to the Store Manager
* Implement action plans from the Headquarters and the Store Manager and guarantee follow up at store level
* Update the Sales Staff on the KPIs and give them support to reach them
Leader and People Developer
* Organize and conduct staff induction programs
* Organize and conduct staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management
* Support the Store Manager during daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation, motivation and commitment
* Assist the store manager with the periodical staff evaluations
Brand Promotor
* Promote the culture of the brand
* Monitor and promote a sales ritual in line with brand policy ensuring the team provides excellent customer service
* Ensure impeccable esthetics in the store
Process Manager
* Observe and apply company policies
* Oversee management of the warehouse space
* Supervise goods receiving and ensure stock management is efficient and timely
* Support the store manager maintaining organization of administrative responsibilities
* Take an active role in inventory
