Description Overview

As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our Women’s Health and Lifestyle business, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the brand P&L.
Reporting to the Brand Lead, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, requiring a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, operational discipline, and a passion for improving consumer wellbeing through impactful products. You will work for BeNe, with offices in Ghent and Rotterdam, and can work from either location. If your home country is Belgium, we require a minimum of 1 day/month presence in the Netherlands, and vice versa; this can be more as needed and upon manager’s request.
Scope of the Role
Deliver Business Goals, Develop & implement Brand Marketing Strategy
* Collaborate with the Brand Lead and management to develop short and long-term business and brand plans for assigned brands.
* Prepare business cases to generate brand growth and optimize P&L.
Develop Best-in-Class Roll-out & Activation Plans
* Contribute to and drive NPD launches, leveraging central success models and adapting to local needs.
* Develop omnichannel activation plans aligned with business goals and global guidelines.
* Work closely with stakeholders including Management, CS&I, Regulatory, Supply, Demand, Corporate, Media, and Agencies.
Develop Local Brand Success Model
* Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize plans for continuous improvement.
* Support monthly Cluster meetings, working with the Brand Lead to address needs and action plans for Women’s Health and Lifestyle.
* Drive ‘test & learn’ initiatives, set KPIs, and share learnings with central teams.
Support Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
* Manage brand budget and resources effectively.
* Use analytics for data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with central teams on performance updates and competitive insights.
Experience Required
* Minimum 5+ years in Consumer Health or Consumer Product Goods.
* Experience with medical regulation is a plus.
* University Degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience managing complex initiatives.
* Successful cross-functional teamwork experience.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.
* Expertise in forecast models, segmentation, pricing, and reporting tools.
* Consumer and marketing acumen, with experience working with central teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Growth mindset and adaptability.
