What you will work on: As a Manager, you’ll join a young and motivated team working on digital attestation and certification projects (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000, ISO 27001). You’ll act as a subject matter expert, project lead or Lead Auditor, guiding teams of 2–5 team members and reviewing their work. Your role includes working closely with clients, managing project files, performing testing procedures, drafting reports and ensuring documentation meets professional standards. You’ll also support the preparation and presentation of proposals and contribute to the growth of our Digital Assurance and Certification practice. What do you need: A proactive, motivated team player who takes ownership, is organized, and eager to continue learning. Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both is a plus). A degree in business or economics and at least two years of experience in IT attestation (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISAE 3000) or certification. Additional certifications (e.G., ISO Lead Auditor, CISA, CISSP) or knowledge of e‑Archiving/eIDAS are a strong plus. Confidence navigating AI‑related topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.
