We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager / Executive Assistant in the center of Brussels, who thrives in a refined, fast-moving and highly professional environment. You will join a small, close-knit team where trust, discretion and initiative are indispensable. You ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting both senior leadership and colleagues across different activities. Assisting the investment team with follow-up on their ongoing participations and documentation
Managing administrative workflows and acting as the operational backbone of the office
Handling payments, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
Ensuring the office is organized, efficient and welcoming at all times
You bring 2–7 years of relevant experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance or a similar role
You are fluent in French, comfortable in English, and able to work in Dutch
You have a good understanding of basic financial or administrative processes and feel at ease working with numbers
You enjoy being part of a small, agile team where professionalism and reliability truly matter
