Dynamic CRM Expert
As a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our CRM strategy. Your key objective will be to drive business growth through effective use of the CRM platform. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. This may involve working with sales, commercial, and customer experience teams to gather and analyze requirements. Based on your findings, you will create and implement a comprehensive CRM roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 will enable you to configure, customize, and integrate the system to meet the organization's needs. Additionally, you will oversee third-party support and ensure compliance with relevant data protection frameworks. To optimize system performance, you will stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 developments and recommend improvements. Your ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders will be valuable in this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed documentation of CRM architecture, workflows, and customizations. By providing regular training and support to end-users, you will empower them to effectively utilize the CRM system. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, preferably in a solution architect or similar capacity. They should demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM best practices and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes. In addition to their technical expertise, they should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
