Idealis Consulting is a team that designs, develops, integrates and supports your ODOO solutions in order to make our customers more productive, responsive and profitable.Your responsabilities:Strategic Client ManagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CEO,CFO, Directors,..) aligning solutions with their strategis objectivesUnderstand client challenges, identify opportunities for added value, and contribue to long-term client loyalty and growthEnsure regular client engagement, anticipate needs, monitor satisfaction, and adapt strategies accordinglyHandle complex or sensitive situations with diplomacy and assertivenessProject ManagementCollaborate with internal Delivery & Services teams to ensure timely, on- budget project execution aligned with client expectations.Coordinate with technical and clients teams to ensure project coherence, planning, accuracy, and proactive risk mitigationEnsure smooth transitions between project phases and act as the SPOC for high-risk or strategic projectsBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell services, and support strategic client negotiationsParticipate in contract renewals and client discussions with a focus on long-term value creationYour profileBachelor/Master studies in a related area (Commercial Engineer, Economics, Communication, ...)At least 3 years of experience in managing key accounts, complex projects, and working with decision-makers at senior levels, preferably in ERP/SaaS environmentsExperience within the ERP sector such as ODOO, SAP or another ERP playerFamiliarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or support technical and functional discussions with customersFluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plusSkills : strategic mindset, persuasive and influential, leadership, organized, customer-centric and results-oriented, adaptability and team spirit
