Our client, a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg, is looking for an experienced Administrative assistant to join their team on an initial 2-month interim contract - with the possibility of extension for a longer period.
As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with professionals and other administrative/operational assistants to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
* Perform general secretarial and administrative duties
* Assist in the coordination and follow-up of internal activities
* Support document management and communication tasks
Profile & Qualifications :
* Certified secondary education, complemented by a 2-year diploma in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration)
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; previous work in a legal environment (law firm, corporate legal department) is a strong asset
* Proficient in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat) and office equipment (printers, scanners)
* Familiarity with electronic document management and archiving tools is an advantage.
* Excellent command of English (working language)
