Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality and restaurant profiles, is seeking a motivated and organized Meetings & Events Coordinator for one of its prestigious clients—a 5-star hotel in Brussels. This client is renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to seminars, conferences, and corporate events, offering a unique setting for unforgettable experiences. Your Responsibilities Coordinate and manage MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group bookings from initial contact to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets, and develop tailored proposals. Oversee logistical planning and execution (room setup, catering, technical requirements, vendors) with a focus on quality and detail. Collaborate with internal teams (reception, kitchen, technical) to ensure seamless operations. Participate in site visits, preparatory meetings, and inspections to guarantee flawless execution. Manage client relationships before, during, and after events (feedback, invoicing, improvements). Stay updated on event industry trends and contribute creative ideas to enhance the client experience. Your Profile Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or event industry. Bilingual (Dutch/French) with strong English skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills. Knowledge of hotel management systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a problem-solving attitude and keen attention to detail.
