What you'll do
You'll join early and work directly with the founders to build, ship, and scale Exhibitly's core product. Expect autonomy, ownership, and a front-row seat in a fast-moving startup.
* Ship core features end-to-end: from backend logic to frontend UX
* Work closely with the CTO to turn customer needs into production features fast.
* Bring ideas, not just code: you'll have a direct hand in product and UX decisions.
* Own what you ship: monitor, debug, and iterate based on user feedback.
* Shape how we build: help refine our stack, workflows, and technical standards
* Be part of our next growth phase: your work will reach thousands of users from day one
Who we're looking for
* Have 3+ years experience shipping and maintaining production web apps
* Be confident with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
* Understand relational databases (we use PostgreSQL via Supabase)
* Thrive in a startup environment: fast iterations, shifting priorities, real ownership
* Communicate clearly about technical decisions and handle feedback directly
* Able to come into the office 4-5 days a week during the early phase
Nice to haves
* Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimization
* Hands-on work with generative AI or vector search in production
* Familiarity with Vercel workflows, CI/CD, and observability/testing tools
